Abstract

Investigating amino acid funds of pea seedlings with the use of membrane trophic DMSO compound it was shown that main localization site of GABA, alanine, asparagine and valine was cytoplasm while aspartate, glutamate and phenylalanine were almost equally distributed among cytoplasmic and vacuolar cell funds. It was shown that under short term (less 24h) oxygen deficit the role of vacuolar cell fund was increased. Excessive amounts of some amino acids (GABA) were transferred specifically in there and it also refilled cytoplasmic funds for precursors of other amino acids (alanine). It was noted that enhanced carbon dioxide concentrations increased the speed of stress amino acids formation but did not change the principle of cell funds refill in these plants.
