Abstract
It was experimentally shown that the addition of a growth regulator of paclobutarazole (PB) to the culture medium of potato growing under in vitro conditions was promoted by an increase in salt tolerance. It was increased the raw mass of shoots and roots on the background of increased concentration of NaCl under the action of PB.
