Abstract
The study presents some peculiarities of Berlin poplar (Populus ×berolinensis) micropropagation. A method for introducing into a sterile culture, the composition of the culture medium for in vitro culture, and the explant types and nutrient media compositions for the effective micropropagation of the Berlin poplar are described.
